Accountability.........
Mich~
Do you have this problem of getting someone to commit to certain matters, especially when the matter is pertaining to his area of specialisation?
For me, answer is yes! I cannot understand how is it that people are so wary of responsibility and accountability...
It usually happens in the office...when u need someone to help provide some information, or commit to an answer, the person is not able to do so. He would start answering your query in an irresolute manner, mentioning issues/matters in an evasive style. At the end of the day, the point is not being addressed, and everyone is kept in circles. Sometimes, I feel annoyed, when you are trying to get your work done, and nothing gets done.
I cannot understand why, doesnt holding a position in the office warrants accountability and responsibility? Obligation, power and authority...If not, why is that position created in the first place? Perhaps it has become an office "syndrome", when people around you starts behaving in a certain manner, you would follow suit, to avoid being the odd one out.
What is your take on this?

i think it all boils down to the individual it is all about being responsible how could anyone just said "no my work" "other dept's work", i mean at least should be helpful enough to assist if there are any problems at work. If teamwork is being organized work flow should be smooth. And all the teammates must clear their station within the flow.
